Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact me. I understand that unexpected situations arise, leading to a missed appointment. However, if you cancel or reschedule an appointment without less than 12 hours' notice or if you fail to attend your appointment, a regular session fee will apply. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notifying me, the session may be cancelled, and the fee will still apply.
