My approach is both evidence‑based and deeply personal. I draw from CBT, DBT, TF‑CBT, EFT and EMDR to help you create a customized plan that fits your goals, values, and pace. Whether you prefer a Christian faith‑based lens or a non‑faith‑based approach, I meet you exactly where you are.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy used to treat trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences.
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps reduce the emotional impact of difficult or distressing experiences. Rather than reliving the past, EMDR helps experiences feel more distant and manageable, allowing greater emotional balance, clarity, and relief.
